    Although the item never arrived — the padded envelope was empty and appeared to have been either torn open or cut in transit — the seller responded immediately, was courteous throughout, and issued a full refund without hesitation. A disappointing experience, but handled professionally by Holloway books. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again if in the future they were to list an item I was interested in.
