      The de minimus shipping exemption nixed this shipment of stamps. The seller was kind enough to let me know after my purchase that there were sure to be a sizeable duty assessed on the stamps. Furthermore, his country had shut down shipping to the U.S. in order to reassess the situation. He refunded my costs without a problem. Once the situation reverts to the original situation with de minimus, I will order from this seller again. Thanks!!
