My only suggestion is that all eBay sellers should offer alternatives to USPS Ground Advantage. This package took 17 days to arrive here in Hawaii after the seller gave it to the USPS because USPS ships by truck across the US Mainland & then by ship from California to Hawaii. First Class & USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate options exist for only a couple $$ more & arrive in a week.
