    Although travelling the seller answered a question, in a timely manner, I had about the age & condition of the wax (description had disclosed some packaging damage). When they reached out with an offer I accepted. The bar just came. They went above & beyond packing to prevent more damage & included a small ice pack to protect the wax during shipping. I've heard horror stories of used wax being repoured into the container & sold as new. As a long time I can tell this isn't the case.
