La non osservanza di questi principi rende INAPPLICABILE il diritto di recesso.

In caso di applicazione del diritto di recesso, la merce ricevuta sarà visionata,

provvederà al rimborso dell’importo versato dal cliente,

ESCLUSE le spese di spedizione, entro il minor tempo possibile e massimo entro 14 GIORNI

IL PRODOTTO CORRISPONDE PERFETTAMENTE.... per quanto riguarda l'interazione torniamo ripetere... non siamo abituati a trattare i clienti da stupidi dandogli ragione a prescindere... LEI NON HA LETTO le tempistiche di spedizione ed insisteva su una sua LIBERA INTERPRETAZIONE ERRATA... e voleva avere ragione a tutti i costi... COME GIA DETTO dare ragione a prescindere vuol dire trattare una persona come STUPIDA

Come volevasi dimostrare. Litigiosi e con un atteggiamento inutilmente supponente e aggressivo. La valutazione sull'esperienza di acquisto si conferma estremamente negativa. Come già fatto presente ai diretti interessati in futuro mi guarderò bene dal fare nuovamente acquisti da loro. Vista l'esperienza personale non posso che sconsigliare l'utente. Confermo che l'oggetto sembra corrispondere a quanto pubblicizzato e proposto in vendita seppure non appaia di fattura eccelsa.
