Have contacted Seller.... New Horn is Defective. Seller has done nothing to rectify the situation. It's Not "MY" responsibility to contact the manufacture.... But I have and got no where thru their system. I have bought and installed plenty of these horns on boats in the past... This is the first defective one... It happens... But it's how the seller takes care of the problem. In this case he hasn't.... I've asked for a shipping label to send it back....and be exchanged... I got No reply. :(
