They were shipped bare-root (with just a little soil & wrapped in paper towels) but the photos showed them potted and description didn't say they were bare root. It's also a stretch to advertise these as three-inch in size, at least two of them were slightly under that size. Rating neutral instead of negative because of the good condition.
