Sold hundreds of these adapters with no issues. Only way this wouldn't work is if you don't have one of the supported Snap-on scanners listed in the description AND you don't have a working OBD2 DA-4 cable for your scanner that must attach to this adapter on one end with the OBD2 connector while the Snap-on OBD1 test adapter attaches to the other end with the DB15 connector of this adapter.
