Shipping took 17 days. A refund was issued, then the part shows up after its vacation and tour of the US so then I was charged for the part again. Not smooth.

This package was lost in transit and unfortunately, it is one of the situations with shipping where as a seller we have absolutely no influence. According to the customer's preferences, we issued him a refund, and then that the package was delivered to his address. We contacted them and offered the option to send them a label to return the part, since the refund was issued, or to send them the invoice to pay. They chose to pay, and we consider that to be quite valid in this situation.
