In caso di applicazione del diritto di recesso, la merce ricevuta sarà visionata,

provvederà al rimborso dell’importo versato dal cliente,

ESCLUSE le spese di spedizione, entro il minor tempo possibile e massimo entro 14 GIORNI

Il venditore è ottimo ha risolto tutti i problemi. Purtroppo veniva dichiarato che veniva fornito con cavi, batterie, e istruzioni. Cose non presenti nella spedizione. Il venditore si è operato per spedirmi i cavi e le batterie (il libretto non era comunque disponivile) e anche la seconda spedizione sono arrivati solo i cavi, ma non le batterie di cui però ho ricevuto un rimborso.

abbiamo passato molto tempo per cercare di scrivere una risposta adeguata ed intelligente... ma dopo che per 18 euro viene data un assistenza perfetta veloce e cordiale ed addirittura un ribmborso prendere un neutro ci mette in una posizione veramente imbarazzante
