Contacted seller about missing lanyard as depicted in their advertisement , but they did not respond adequately . Consequently ebay found in my favor and refunded me .

He received a factory sealed NOS part. He never sent us a picture of what the problem should be. We sold many of them and we never had any problems with it. ebrpa-0 is not an asset to eBay. Beware of dealing with this person.
