I was sent an open box item pictured as new and sealed. Worse, it was torn apart very roughly. So i asked what the story was... i kept being asked for more pictures of what i was sent. I started getting worried! Im so glad i got refunded - this was all awful. When this vendor replied they had sent me a new unit, i started to realize there was a reason he would just blatantly lie to me, right? So i noticed there was a missing coupon for the tuning module. Maybe thats what this was about. SHADY!
