The dripping was on the bottom,have had this chandelier,for years,never a problem,all upside down wax,only way it fits perfectly,like this but not the right way up

The candle drips sleeves are correctly made and it is at the top as it should be please see the listing page photographs you have simply installed it incorrectly or alternatively you have bought the wrong size and you needed the next size up which could be the reason why on your light fitting it would fit one way and not the other.
