I bought a compression test kit for petrol engines but the supplied adaptor for my sparkplug size wouldn't fit down the sparkplug recess. This adaptor solved the problem because it is narrow enough to pass down the recess & has two thread sizes, one of which matches the thread size & pitch of my sparkplugs. I'm really pleased with this adaptor as it has enabled me to carry out compression tests on my son's motorcycles & mine.
