Terms and conditions of the sale
For returns items must be well packaged and "untampered" in the same packaging and condition as when delivered within 30 days of purchase date.
All returns must be shipped using a courier providing tracking number to ensure their arrival.
If purchased in error, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning
of the "Correctly Supplied" merchandise or if the purchase is out of its 30 days period.
If we have supplied you an incorrect item we will cover the return's shipping cost and offer refund or replacement.
 
Returned lamps will be tested upon arrival and if the lamp is not defective, buyer must pay for posting the item back.
Any item found to be defective will be replaced with a new one within our stated warranty period.
Please note: Replacements will not be sent prior to the receipt and testing of the items.
