    this object had rust on it, and it also smelled moldy, packaging was not good, and it came slightly dented, which would not be something i would expect a product that was $40 to have this kind of quality, hence the bad review. there was also no nose padding, which hurts after ~30 minutes of use. the materials were decent, however the gem looks very badly placed and looks like a super glue job gone wrong. to give it a benefit, it is at least solid metal as listed/ albeit how much it hurts to wear

    You get what you pay for ,almost. These are not brass. These are aluminum with a brass type finish that scratches off with your finger nail.
