I have been trying to get them to send a return label and ebay didn't even help. Most sellers on ebay now are China and send garbage then ebay does not help when the seller is not doing as they are supposed to. I will no longer use ebay. I am chalking this up to a loss and lesson learned. My recommendation to others is stay clear of this company and any others for China. It's not worth the savings.
