This item was never shipped to me by jerjo344. When I contacted her to ask about the status of shipping, she said she had to get it from her garage so she still had it and not shipped it at al. She said she would get it from her garage. I emailed her today Nov. 21 to ask when she shipped it and she said she couldn't find it and I better ask for a refund. How do I go about receiving a refund?

I ordered this on 7/23 and received it today 8/20. Seller reached out on 7/31 about delay and being out of town. they would send it on 8/2. I reached out on 8/12, still no tracking and seller hadn t sent it out. I undertand people personal issues, but $24 shipping ??? I should have received it immediately not almost a month later. The item appears new but I ve not used it yet to see if it works.
