The white hat which was purchased to wear at Ascot was posted in a used Amazon envelope. it has arrived dirty and completely squashed . Why would anyone post out a hat of that kind in a grubby envelope is beyond me I am awaiting communication from this seller

I am totally disgusted with this purchase. I asked before purchasing if it was a new. This seller responding that YES IT WAS NEW. The price quoted is for this item brand new. It is wicked for someone to mislead others. I would not have bought it otherwise but.may have considered it. I am shocked the item is old and used and was so dirty with old residue fluff and hairs from previous use. Why would you sell that? Its ok Keep the money. I will just throw it away. Sheer evil.
