My order was short 4 feathers, and due to poor packaging, 8 of the feathers were stuck to tape, and we're damaged, even when carefully removed. The seller gave me the run around, even though I sent him a photo. Was going to order more, but I got fed up with being called a liar. He said that they carefully counted them. Well, so did I. He kept calling me "my friend" as if talking to a child. Nope, won't buy from them again.
