    Asked seller for a refund because when i opened the bag the hat was dirty. That was a week ago and no reply back. It was supposed to be brand new.

    you need to open a return and return it for a refund if it was damaged in transit as i have postal insurance but if you do not open return plus only sent very blurry picture need clearer pictures to send in for a claim once it is open to date they NEVER opened claim JUST REQUESTED REFUND. You need to open claim as may need to return or they might say keep it but unit you OPEN a return and return item which Is EBAY policy a refund is not granted
