My one criticism was they offered a 10% discount on the advert ,and I bought 3 lamps ! but then told me the offer had expired the PREVIOUS DAY ? this is sharp practice, I wrote to them saying this was unfair but had NO RESPONSE Ive bought from them several times in the recent past but will look elsewhere in the future -they took my business for THREE lamps a gesture of goodwill would have been to honour an offer on the ebay ,yet refused ? a dishonest way to advertise on a reputable site !
