Second the bad👎💩:
Absolutely zero tracking info from DHL. Tracking number supplied not recognised.
After 4 days with no contact from DHL (or any sign the parcel was even in transit) the order arrived (completely unannounced). Luckily I happened to be in.
What has happened to DHL? They used to be one of the best couriers but no longer.
