The item was perfect, exactly as described and what I was searching for. Although not 100% the seller's fault, it took USPS from 5/28 to 6/21 to deliver the item. They delivered it 1 day after I (THE BUYER) opened a service request on 6/20. I had some communications with seller (could use improvement) about the extreme delay and lack of USPS updates. IMO, the seller should have opened the service request as soon as allowable by USPS. Not me, the customer. That's the reason behind my low rating.
