Item was not as described. Pics that were taken of item were taken from an angle that you could not see the damage of the tube. This was a professional and collectible item that was not as described from the 2 pictures. You could have not innocently packed this item and not notice that it was damaged. Which, is the reason for this rating. Shipping was $26 to my state which I thought was also outrageous, but, I know shipping has gone up around the country.

Tremendously confused as I immediately offered to take it back. You said you liked it so I offered you double what it would cost to repair properly. You wanted double that, but I couldn’t and preferred it returned, have it repaired and resell. You said you really liked it and that my initial offer for the refund would be great. So, very confused as to your negative feedback. What more could I really have done? I don’t sell damaged items. Certainly not knowingly. Clearly damaged in shipping.
