Wrong item was sent and there was insufficient postage. I received a royal mail card asking for £1.50 postage to be paid before the item could be delivered. I paid the additional postage as I did not know which parcel it was for. Eventually I received the parcel from WARX only to find that they had sent the wrong item. When I contacted they apologised and refunded the purchase price but not the additional postage. Their solution was for me to keep the item I did not want.

There was a slight delay in the delivery of the parcel due to a minor weight issue, and the parcel was held by the post office, of which we were not informed. The customer confirmed that they received the item but mentioned they had to pay postage. We have refunded the customer for the entire order and allowed them to keep the item. However, the customer is constantly threatening to leave 'very bad negative feedback,' even though we cannot provide any further refund.
