Buyer ordered and paid for 1 item, but unreasonably expected to receive 2 items. I was polite in explaining this. Buyer apparently did not read the item description and was hoping to get something for nothing. As with any store, whatever you want to order needs to be paid for. I explained this politely. All orders can be returned for a refund if not satisfied. Buyer made threats regarding something they didn't even pay for. Referred them to contact ebay for further help. Thanks.
