Seller notes: “This cover was sent from Lynn, Massachusetts to Cambridge, Hants County, Nova Scotia in March, ... “This cover was sent from Lynn, Massachusetts to Cambridge, Hants County, Nova Scotia in March, 1863. It is franked with two red brown USA #75s and has an additional backstamp from Walton, Nova Scotia. The ink on the address is faded but legible and there is a bit of horizontal creasing on the envelope. On the right stamp there is a small tear at the bottom under the "CE" of "CENTS", a few perfs that are folded over, and a scuff and rounded corner in the upper right corner. The stamp at the left appears sound. A nice piece of postal history addressed to an obscure hamlet in Nova Scotia.”
