From reading the previous negative reviews, it seems like the seller had learned from previous mistakes, because my experience with them was great. Mottainai-ramen had informed me about damages the box had and offered me a partial refund, and then added an additional refund as well when the item shipped to me with a broken (but easily fixable) piece. Overall I'm very satisfied and would happily buy from them again!
