Item was packaged securely and shipped quickly. One of the mirrors on the side of the truck was broken off after taking out of the box, but there was a replacement mirror to use in its place. However, the way it broke off left a piece inside the hole from old mirror. I used a pin to pull it out and had to glue in the replacement. A little hassle, but a lovely truck for my son. He extremely happy. A+
