Evri delivered a small badly damaged envelope that was empty seller was very good and sent replacement cards which I received safely however this is a seller I've usd regularly over last couple of years to find they have stopped me using them . I am disabled and did all I could to sort out with Evri this end and screenshot all messages I had from them and sent to seller . They wanted post office to confirm damage to envelope but they wouldn't do that as p.o. didn't deliver it .
