ps4 game failed to work or install due to a small mark on disc so wanted to return. Took nearly 2 weeks as seller seemed unwilling and unresponsive to messages despite first accepting a return, also they didnt supply correct return label either. In the end had to get ebay involved to resolve issue and won, thank you ebay

You bought a game, said you returned it when you didnt and then opened a case to try and get money back, I have involved ebay and they are dealing with you

Won case as seller wasnt responsive after supplying wrong label, now demands game back, although under ebay rules i have no obligation to return item its still sat here waiting to send! Seller is not nice to deal with when things go wrong gets very personal and seems to have an answer for everything, also claims to have 30yrs selling experience, in what I do not know? as he cannot deal with a simple returns case, Worst seller ive delt with check there feedback, Ebay notified of his activities
