I ordered two Items, after many messages exchange with the buyer he send the money back I got the package that way, after I send him these pictuers I got the refund, It was important for me to get the item rather to get the refund. Seller asked me many times to send him pictuers and..... than he send a refund instead of apology and replacment... very bad

You did not receive 'very bad' service at all. We have to be able to verify a genuine customs charge and that requires us to see a receipt so we can refund our customers. Your emails were rude as you were unable to attach the photo, not really our fault to be fair as we gave you multiple options to be able to attach a photo.
