    The buyer never messaged me so I'm really not sure what they were expecting to receive. The pieces shown in the example photos and the pieces they received all come from the same bag of turquoise and they're practically indistinguishable. I state the size of the pieces in the very first sentence of the description. I accept returns for any reason. I have contacted the buyer to let them know I will provide a return postage label if they want to return the item for a full refund.
