I expected NEW UNOPENED box as per product photo. I got an envelope with a large pile of packets. NO box. There was powder all over, some opened. Some were "chunky" that needed to be broken up to be powder again. I have photos but there is no place to upload them here. I have no idea if they were tampered with. They expired 2 yrs ago. Seller has no return policy. As I said, I'm not sure if they were tampered with so I threw them all away (and hence the money for the product). Waste of money.
