A positive review only because I am so happy with the strainer. It is just what I wanted. However while Yodel had it on the 4th, from the 7th to the 13th it either sat in their Farnborough depot or took a single trip out for a failed delivery. Oddly it arrived at my flat door yesterday as were two parcels to a neighbour. Honestly, had I known you had chosen Yodel, I would have taken a bus to you. And attached is the first I heard of any "web chat" from them. As to the postage - you were robbed!
