Terms and conditions of the sale
Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm. Next working day deliveries only, we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
 
Delivery to UK mainland only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, British Isles etc. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
 
We only accept payment via PayPal. We do not accept payment over the phone or by cheque.
 
All prices include VAT.
 
We always try to sell excellent quality items and we are always available prior to order to answer any questions you may have. However we understand that on occasions returns are necessary.
 
If you wish to return an unused item to us we request that you contact us within 7 days of receipt to advise us of your wish to return. We will then authorise return and advise how to return.
 
We cannot arrange collection from you however you can return to us at your cost.
 
Upon receipt of return we will advise safe arrival, check and restock items and then refund your original purchase costs including original delivery costs.
 
All goods must be returned to us in an unused condition in the original packaging.
 
Any damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Any claims for damage beyond the 24 hour deadline will not be accepted. We will require photographic evidence to assist our claim.
 
All electrical items come with a 12 month warranty. In the event of a product malfunction, we will collect and test the product. If deemed faulty, we will repair/replace at our own cost. If the item has malfunctioned due to misuse, neglect or improper maintenance, the warranty will be void and you will not receive a refund and will have to pay to get your goods collected. Uncollected items will be destroyed after 30 days.
