Seller sent a defective item and was horrible to deal with! I rarely buy off ebay and should have contacted ebay immediately. Once I did contact ebay (because the seller wouldn't respond) , they took care of it right away. This seller strung me along for weeks trying to return these way over priced headlights. Funny that they knew right where the defective part was and tried to weasel their way out of it. They didn't process the return through ebay and tried to hide it!

This buyer is off their rocker. They contacted me, I gave them a return label and it went directly back to the manufacturer for a warranty review. The warranty has to go through before any refund is issued. The ebay case shows 4 more days so I am not sure what the issue is with the buyer. Since they "rarely" buy on ebay they must not know what the ebay returns process is!
