Had some issues with the chair but the seller gave detailed instructions on how to fix. The chair is OK but a few things I don't like. You need a flashlight to use the screen at night, the back is too far back leaving you to strain your neck without adding a big pillow, the neck massage doesn't reach my neck (chair is best if you are like 5'-"9), message has to be on lowest setting to be tolerable or it hurts and air bags on lowest setting squeeze to hard to use at all. Good seller though.
