Terrible customer service, dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue. Maybe the issue could not be resolved but I was giving the seller info. Instead of at least making me feel like she would keep an eye out, it was like sorry, can’t help rude! I realized my package went to my old house, owner will likely return to sender. I let the seller know and she was dismissive and rude. No picture below because I never received the item, not sellers fault but the way she handled it wasn’t cool.
