couldn`t they have sent the cats in a normal letter? And not stepped in two! So I had to pay customs twice, the cats would have fit into a normals letter without any problems. Specify the then duty free? The fun cost me € 7.92 once and then € 18.13 again. Thank you very much.

I am sorry that you were unaware of the need to pay customs duty but as eBay clearly states this is the responsibility of the buyer.In terms of the split order - this is because you ordered on separate dates and some were already sent when you ordered more cards. This has no impact on customs duties as this is taken on value of the purchase.A CN22 declaration is mandatory for all goods sent internationally, and risks losses and fines if not declared.
