    Hello. I received this and upon taking it out of the box, all the instructions and plastic wraps were rolled up and looked like they had been shoved in the bottom of the box. I tried to use the can opener and it seems like the opener part is bent? It would not open the can. I tried this several times, with several different cans. I had to use a manual can opener to get the lid off. I would like to return this item or get a refund.
