A 21st-century follow-up to the Fender Acoustasonic SFX of the late 1990s, which featured an early version of the Stereo Field Expansion. Overall, the Acoustic SFX II lacks the presence and warmer tone of the Acoustasonic model. There is a more than 20-yrs difference between the Acoustasonic SFX and the Acoustic SFX, and it stands to reason the the Acoustic SFX would be (should be) the better choice. Don't bet on it!
