Horrible seller .seller sold me a defective cd boxset booklet was damaged. Sent it. Back has blocked me because I returned a damage item and still has. not sent me a refund and he has had the item for five days lousy experience

The Elvis box set with 4 cd's was sealed for 27 yrs and Mint. He returned it opened which lowered the value considerably. I contacted Ebay and they are looking into this and suggested I not refund the monies just let it play out. This person also is a reseller on ebay of Elvis stuff. I guess a copied the CD's too. I would steer clear of the person.
