I paid extra for 1st class Royal Mail, however, the seller ignored this and sent by 2nd class. Therefore the item did not arrive on time and it was a gift, so I was unable to give it to the recipient.
I contacted the seller, who said they would refund my postage, but the couldn’t as I had apparently opened a dispute, which I haven’t yet. There is nothing I can do my end for this. I shall get eBay to handle it.
