I never accused you of lying. I just wanted proof of the damage. If there was damage. I asked for a picture and you said that I needed to take your word on it. I said if you could show me a picture of the damage I give you a refund. You weren't having that. So, then I told you to just return the item and once I receive it I would give you a FULL REFUND. You refused. Sorry ma'am I'm not in the charity business. I just can't take your word. Your a very difficult individual & very rude
