It had a less powerful power supply than described, which did not work anyway. I decided to order the correct power supply from someone else to speed things up, and they did give me partial credit which almost covered half of the cost. It turned out that the motherboard was also bad, so I ordered a similar computer from another seller. I originally had reservations about buying from this seller due to some of the feedback, but took the risk and now will take the loss because of my decision.

Similar to another buyer, spent hours troubleshooting the NZXT S650 NP-S650M 650W PSU 80+ Gold Modular SFX Power Supply and could not get it to work. It's not clear whether the seller tested the product before selling them as working condition. Had to go back and forth with seller before they agreed to refund the product.
