Returns and exchange details
 
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of item being received by customer. Replacement will be issued if wrong size, or refund given. Extended returns accepted for purchases made as gifts for Christmas.
 
Lost Mail Items Refunds can only be given due to lost mail by following Royal Mail's lost mail guidance. For UK orders an item can be considered lost 10 working days after dispatch. For International Orders an item is considered lost 20 working days after dispatch for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. We cannot offer refunds for lost mail until these periods have passed.
