    I was un aware that my account was not in vacation mode. The buyer could have reached out to me directly and i would've made it right and sent a full refund as you can see in my other feedbacks i was not trying to screw any one over i was simply just on vacation and received this Negative feedback before i was given the opportunity to make it right. i have sent a feedback revision request it would be greatly appreciated if you revised your feedback
