Nel caso in cui il reso viene effettuato per prodotto danneggiato o difettoso le spese di spedizione saranno a carico del venditore e il rimborso al cliente sarà pari all'importo pagato, mentre se il prodotto viene restituito per un ripensamento del cliente il rimborso sarà al netto delle spese di spedizione che sono addebitate al cliente.
